Terms of Service

By accessing and using EKLIL Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

EKLIL Logistics provides freight forwarding and logistics services including:

• Air freight services
• Ocean freight services
• Land transportation
• Supply chain management
• Customs clearance
• Warehousing and distribution

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete shipment information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Properly package and label shipments
• Declare hazardous materials appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality of account information

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

• Illegal drugs and controlled substances
• Weapons and ammunition
• Hazardous materials without proper declaration
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals (without special arrangements)
• Perishable items without proper handling

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods or the amount specified in our standard conditions, whichever is lower.

Insurance

We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value shipments. Standard coverage may not cover the full value of your goods.

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• We reserve the right to hold shipments for non-payment
• All prices are subject to change with notice
• Currency conversion rates apply for international transactions

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Labor disputes
• Transportation delays
• Technical failures
• Pandemic or health emergencies

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under Dubai International Arbitration Centre rules
4. Jurisdiction of UAE courts for legal proceedings

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding obligations remain in effect
• Payment for completed services is due
• Goods in transit will be handled according to existing arrangements

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action must be brought in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
